Setup conditional workflow on branches

@m-tilab Dear Mehdi in this pr the following changes related to deploy current branch to development server through github context and variable alse shell scripti :

  • change Dockerfile config
  • change main.yaml and use github context and variable instead specific tag
  • through shell script the current branch will be placed in tag section in docker compose file and finally docker pull and then start it. tanks.
